IISB Annual Symposium 2023

Simulation has during the last decades developed into an indispensable tool for the development and optimization of semiconductor technologies, devices, and circuits. Starting from rather simple roots in device and process simulation, nowadays, a variety of sophisticated models and tools allow one to address complex problems – from advanced processes such as EUV lithography through diverse device architectures to nanoelectronics and power electronic systems.

In the symposium, we will illustrate the role of simulation in improving performance and energy efficiency with representative examples from the IISB and cooperation partners. Please find the detailed program below.
