The IIT conference series has a long tradition of bringing together experts from industry, research institutes, and universities to discuss the latest challenges and advancements in ion implantation and annealing processes, as well as related fields such as simulation and metrology. The biennial series provides a unique platform for engineers and researchers to share new results, exchange ideas, and explore new applications.

The conference will feature a wide range of topics, from fundamental research and new methods to industrial applications and equipment. In addition to the technical program, excursions and a banquet dinner will support networking within the community. Prior to the conference, a three-day school will be hosted, covering fundamental and practical aspects of ion implantation and annealing in both research and production environments.

Abstract submission is open, the submission deadline is April 15, 2026
