ISIG Executive Summit EU 2026

The ISIG (International Semiconductor Industry Group) Executive Summit EU is a leading regional conference for Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem, bringing together senior executives, industry leaders, technical experts, and investors. Taking place in Prague in 2026, the summit will explore the theme: “Chips, Power & Machines: Powering AI and Electrifying Industry.”

Dr. Michael Jank, Head of Research and Development for Semiconductor Devices and Processes at Fraunhofer IISB, will speak in the session “The Future of WBG: R&D” (September 16, 16:15 h). Dr. Jank holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and has more than 20 years of leadership experience in semiconductor devices and process technologies. A frequent speaker at international events, he specializes in wide-bandgap semiconductor devices, with particular expertise in silicon carbide (SiC) technologies and their applications.
